Seeded feed health scores show how automatic failover works: dead cameras stay hidden; the best healthy feed leads the city window.

1. Score — each feed gets a freshness score from 0 to 100 for the remaining ten-minute window.
2. Hide dead — score zero / stale / unknown cameras never appear on city pages.
3. Failover — the highest healthy score becomes the primary camera for that city.
